THE new lifeboathouse in Scarborough is taking shape.

The building is due for completion in the summer.
The branch says: "The new building will be larger than the old one, big enough to house the new Shannon lifeboat, due to arrive later this year.
"In the meantime, normal service continues uninterrupted - both lifeboats are moored in the harbour."
