I HAVE been reading with interest the letters on the choice of music at the St Sampson’s Centre.

As a young 57-year-old, I cannot go to the centre but would have liked the choice of music.

Following the reasoning of N Green, I should only like the music of my teens so the music of the 1970s.

But I don’t, I prefer the swing music of the 1940s, rock n roll from the 50s and some of the earlier 60s sounds - all music with rhythm and words you could understand, played by people who knew their instruments and not made by computers.
