A BURSARY to encourage more women to become electricians is being set up on International Women’s Day.
The new scheme from NICEIC offers grants to those women already working in the industry or looking to get a helping hand at the start of their career.
It is part of NICEIC’s wider Jobs For The Girls campaign which has been designed to educate women on the opportunities available to them .
The award is open to females of all ages and can help cover costs up to £500.
