Plans for 199 homes at Harlow Green, Harrogate, have been unveiled by local housebuilder Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire
A LOCAL homebuilder has unveiled plans for a new development in Harrogate.
Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire is planning to build 199 homes of between two and five bedrooms, including 40 per cent affordable housing, at Harlow Green.
The building work will get underway in Summer 2018.
As part of the plans, they will make community contributions in excess of £400,000, including plans for an off-road cycle link adjacent to Otley Road.
There will also be areas of onsite public open space and green links to the Pinewoods woodland area.
