THE stars of ITV drama Victoria are in York filming scenes for the third series of the popular show.
The cast and crew set up at the historic Eye of York this morning, with several horses and a large number of extras in Victorian costume.
Stars Jenna Coleman and Tom Hughes were spotted on set preparing for a scene outside York Crown Court, which is decorated with bunting and labelled as Dublin City Hall.
Victoria, starring Jenna Coleman and Laurence Fox - who plays Lord Palmerston - is now in its third series, with filming also taking place at Church Fenton Studios.
A spokesman for Screen Yorkshire said the latest series of the drama is still currently filming at venues across Yorkshire.
The area is closed to traffic until 6.30pm, with traffic also restricted on Castlegate, Fossgate, Piccadilly and Tower Street.
