A YORK hotel has found a new way of showcasing the city to would-be visitors.
The Park Inn by Radisson York City Centre has been selected to feature the global Radisson hotel group’s first panoramic rooftop camera in the UK, providing a live video feed.
This will be available to view 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Located on the riverbank, the hotel is the second highest building in York, beaten only by the Minster.
People considering a visit to York, and anyone who just appreciates a good view, can enjoy scenes across the city’s famous skyline by visiting the Park Inn York website. Sally Hughes, general manager of the hotel, said: “Anyone who has ever visited York knows how special it is, and we’re hoping that the video feed will inspire more visitors to come and discover our unique city.”
