FORTY-FOUR patients with coronavirus have died at York Hospital, it was revealed this morning.
Another 26 such patients have died at Scarborough Hospital, making a total of 70 fatalities at the two hospitals run by York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The figures cover the period up to 5pm on Saturday. Fresh figures for up to 5pm yesterday are set to be issued this afternoon.
