EXPERTS revealed last night that a further seven people have tested positive for coronavirus in the City of York Council area, taking the total number of cases to 258.
Public Health England said that in the North Yorkshire County Council area, a total of 864 people had been confirmed as having the disease, following a rise of 28 cases.
In the East Riding of Yorkshire Council area, a total of 512 had tested positive, up by 11 on yesterday.
