A PAINTING of fundraising hero, Captain Tom Moore, created by a member of staff from an organisation in York, will be sold to raise funds for the NHS.
Keith Fairley, who works in the lettings team from Ashtons Estate Agents in York, has created the painting during the lock down period.
The painting is now up for sale on Ebay, and all of the proceeds will be donated to the NHS Charities Together, to support those working on the frontline every day in the battle against coronavirus.
A spokesperson for Ashtons Estate Agents said: “Interactions are good so far and we have had two bids on the painting.”
The painting will be up for auction until May 7.
