A MUSICIAN from York is set to release their second single next week, after a positive reaction to their debut tune.
Cold Culprits, also known as Andy C Watson, released his first single called ‘We Will Bleed’ around two weeks ago.
Now, the musician, who also performs as part of a cover band, is set to release his second single ‘Candy Thief’.
Andy said: “Start with a slice of New York punk, throw in some 1980s synth styling and an over driven rock guitar, then seal the deal with the relentless rhythm of a classic 1960s Pearl rock drum kit.
“That’s the new Cold Culprits single, Candy Thief. It’s an upbeat, inventive, controlled cacophony, so why not take a listen? I’m hoping you might like it.”

Andy first bought a guitar and performed at an open mic for the first time in February 2017, which resulted in a slot at a local beer festival later that year, and the formation of an indie rock band in 2018.
His influences include Neil Young, INXS, Bjork, The Clash and The Doors. Andy said: “If you’re into Kasabian, The Slow Readers Club or Reverend and the Makers then Cold Culprits could be for you.”
