THIS is the moment doves were released at York Hospital to remember those carers who have lost their lives in the coronavirus struggle.
John Gowlett released the birds yesterday (Thursday) evening - to coincide with the national Clap for Carers campaign.
His friend David Hardy, who filmed the video, said: "It was really, really good. Very poignant."
