POLICE have arrested a wanted man in York.
The arrest was made in the Clifton area yesterday afternoon (Sunday).
York North Neighbourhood Police Team tweeted: "Proactive patrols have resulted in NPT officers arresting a wanted male in Clifton earlier this afternoon.
"Community intel was used to track down this male, leading to a positive outcome.
"Your help is vital in protecting the community, so if you have any info please ring 101."
