TWO boys were attacked by a group of youths near a York school.
North Yorkshire Police say they are investigating after an assault that occurred in the park next to Westfield Primary School in Acomb.
It happened at approximately 5pm on Wednesday (April 7) when two boys, aged 12 and 11, are believed to have been assaulted by a group of youths aged between about 12-16.
A police spokesman said: "The two victims did not receive any injuries, but we are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
