What should York’s new woodland be called? asks the city council, in a piece in Monday’s Press (April 19) about the proposed 50,000-tree community woodland between Knapton and Rufforth.
There is only one possible answer. It should be ‘The Royal Forest of Galtres’ in deference to The Queen and Prince Philip.
