A BOAT has been towed to the harbour at Scarborough after a fire at sea.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said an electrical fault in the starter motor is believed to have caused the fire on board a wooden hulled vessel in the North Sea yesterday.
It said the fire was put out with a fire extinguisher and the Coast Guard towed the boat into the harbour.
