THIRTY-FIVE suspected drink drivers have been arrested by North Yorkshire Police since beer gardens reopened last month.
The force tweeted the worrying number of arrests, which it said had happened within a fortnight of gardens reopening under the relaxation of coronavirus restrictions.
"Beer gardens have only just opened," it said. "Don’t ruin it for yourself.
"You could face losing your licence, a driving ban, a heavy fine and prison."
