TWO people were arrested for immigration offences after police stopped a vehicle.
North Yorkshire Police say they stopped a van on the A168 near Thirsk.
Sgt Paul Cording said: "After some dodgy details given and with the help of mobile biometrics, we have 2 in custody for immigration offences, a vehicle seized a driver reported for no licence or insurance."
