YORK nightclub Kuda is applying to City of York Council for a 4am alcohol and entertainment licence.
CC Stim UK Tradeco 2 Limited has applied to City of York Council for a Premises Licence in respect Kuda, 2 Clifford Street, York.
The licence would cover opening hours and the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment from Monday to Sunday, from 11am to 4am; late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 11am to 4am, and opening hours Monday to Sunday until 4.30am.
Comments on this application must reach the council in writing no later than June 14, 2021.
Also applying for a premises licences is Stephen Quinn of Sandwitches, 12 Newgate, York, with comments due in by June 2, 2021.
