A MAIN road in York is to be closed for resurfacing works.
Cemetery Road will be closed from 7.30pm each evening from Monday, September 27 until Friday October 1 during road resurfacing works.
The road will be closed between the junctions with Winterscale Court and Fulford Road during the road works which will take place from 7.30pm on Monday September 27 until 5am on October 1.
It is planned that the road will only be closed between 7.30pm and 5am each night.
An alternative route for diverted vehicles will be signed.

Coppergate, York from Friday, October 1 until Tuesday, December 14 due to social distancing measures.
Fossgate and Walmgate, York from Friday October 1 until Tuesday 14 December 14 due to social distancing measures.
Also a temporary traffic restriction continuation for York footstreets from Friday October 1 until Tuesday December 14 due to social distancing measures.
Link Road, York, from Monday, October 4 until Friday, October 8 during road resurfacing works.
Hyrst Grove, York from Monday, October 42021 until Friday, November 5 during footway maintenance works.
