THE Archbishop of York is to deliver a series of speeches with guest speakers this Autumn.
Archbishop Stephen Cottrell launched his lecture series, We have a Dream at St Martin-in-the-fields on the evening of Monday, September 27, with a lecture entitled, The Dream for the Church.
Inspired by Dr Martin Luther King Jr, the lectures are about how after the trials of the pandemic, its time for society to learn how to dream again, in all walks of life.
These lectures will be performed live, though will also be live streamed online for all to watch.
There is also the opportunity for the live audience to ask the speakers questions at the end.
Future topics in dates throughout October and November include, The Dream for our Planet, Theatre and the Imagination, and The Dream and Racialised Justice.
While those booking tickets for future lectures are asked to donate £10, there are also limited free places available.
Each evening lecture runs from 7pm-8.30pm.
