I HAVE just finished reading Julian Cole's novel, The Amateur Historian. I am not sure what to make of it.
I was intrigued, fascinated, shocked and unable to put it down.
I still cannot say if it was good, well written or a mixture of every other book I have ever read. Did it end well or was it too far fetched? I would be interested to hear what other readers think.

The Amateur Historian is published by Quick Brown Fox Publications and is available at Borders in York and elsewhere.
