ARSONISTS caused severe damage to a York greengrocer's shop in an early morning attack.
Yobs set fire to the Trevor King fruit and vegetable shop in Burton Stone Lane, at about 1.30am yesterday.
Three fire engines were called to the scene, and a woman in an upstairs flat was treated for smoke inhalation.
The incident caused 20 per cent fire damage to the shop, and 30 per cent heat and smoke damage, as well as minor smoke and heat damage to the flat above.
All crews had returned to their stations by 3.45am. A brigade spokesman said the fire was caused deliberately.
