HEAVY snow has fallen this afternoon in parts of North Yorkshire.
The snow fell over the North York Moors, making driving conditions difficult on high roads such as the route over Blakey Ridge by 4pm.
The snow reached Malton but did not settle, and it missed York, which has still not seen any snow this winter.
