Hunters Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey bought by duo

The Hunters Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey businesses have been bought by Sam Lakin and Pete Croft.

Sam and Pete have acquired them from previous owners Nicola and Iain Simmonds who are now looking forward to retirement.

Pete has worked in the property industry for the last ten years, including as a lettings manager for Hunters, where he then moved up to an operations manager role for the Hunters group.

Sam has also worked in the property industry for the past decade, most recently as an operations manager for Hunters also.

Pete said: “We look forward to operating the Hunters Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey businesses, building on Nicola and Iain’s hard work to establish such a strong reputation in the local area.
