EMERGENCY crews have been called to a woman on the wrong side of the railings on a York bridge.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service say they were called at 12.30am today (November 15) after reports of someone in trouble in Water End on Clifton Bridge.

A service spokesman said: “A crew from Acomb responded to a report of a woman standing on the wrong side of bridge railings.
”Crews liaised with police and stood by whilst the woman was brought to the right side of the bridge and left in the care of ambulance crews.”
