Inner Reach Therapy is opening in York in Regus on Oakdale Road on Clifton Moor.

It is run by Rydedale resident Caroline Kitching, a BACP registered and qualified counsellor.

Having worked in the agricultural industry for over 30 years, she has first hand knowledge of the pressures faced by those working and living in the agricultural and rural sector.

As a previous mental health lead for a farming charity, she offers bespoke counselling for all those who are experiencing mental health issues.

Her areas of specialism are self esteem and confidence issues, depression, anxiety, relationship and family problems as well as trauma and domestic abuse recovery.

She offers online as well as face to face counselling sessions, and can offer some concessionary appointments which includes a concession for blue light workers.

Caroline aims to provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to overcome their mental health problems.
