Sinnington home is top prize Omaze Million Pound Draw

Normanby Hill House, at Sinnington, just west of Pickering, is an 18th Century Georgian House, with six bedrooms, 15-acres of gardens, spa pools, paddocks, stables and equestrian facilities.

The fundraiser for the charity Mencap was recently on the market with Savills for £2.65million.

The property comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, along with £250,000 cash.

Omaze says the home is ready to move in, but should the winners choose to rent it, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £6,000 to £7,000 per month.

The home has been renovated to the highest standards, whilst still maintaining its historical character.

Fitted with the latest luxuries, there is also an entrance hall, store rooms, traditional pantry, entrance hall and staircase. Downstairs also has a dining room and cosy sitting room.

The latest Omaze draw is a fundraiser for the Mencap charity, which supports those with learning disabilities.
