Castle Mills affordable homes: will buyers be vetted?
I CAN'T really believe building supposed affordable homes on the Castle Mills car park will work.
For one, the council will lose £1million per year and then the rich will be queuing up to buy one to rent out on this prestigious site.
The council will have to vet the buyers, can't see that working either.
