A FLASHER has exposed himself to a child in York.
North Yorkshire Police say they were called to reports of a man indecently exposing himself in front of a child on a cycle path near to the Post Office sorting officer in Leeman Road at 6.50pm on Sunday (August 18).

Officers conducted a full search of the area but were unable to locate the man, who is believed to have headed towards Principal York and the city centre.
A force spokesman said: "The suspect is described as a white men between 50-60 years old, approximately 5’11 – 6’ in height, with a white beard and white hair which was short in a comb over style. He was wearing black glasses, a jacket and dark jeans.
“We understand this is an extremely concerning incident and a full investigation is now underway.
“I would urge anyone who saw anything, has relevant CCTV footage, or can assist the investigation in any way, to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote reference number 12240150188.”
