POLICE have issued a CCTV appeal after the passing of counterfeit notes in a North Yorkshire coastal town.
North Yorkshire Police released images of a woman the force said it needs to identify after saying she used and attempted to use counterfeit notes in several retail premises in Filey on July 20.
A force spokesperson said: “We are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the woman or know where we can locate her.”
