A man at the centre of a wanted appeal has been arrested, police have confirmed.
Police issued an appeal on Tuesday to say the man could be in North Yorkshire.
The 44-year-old was wanted for breaching his bail conditions issued by the magistrates’ court, the police said.
He had been due to appear in connection with “a number of offences including theft and possessing an offensive weapon”, North Yorkshire Police said.
A police spokesperson added: "We can confirm that he was arrested on Thursday (29 August 29) evening."
