A POPULAR outdoor artisan market is back this weekend offering products from a range of local businesses.
Little Bird Made are returning to Knaresborough Castle this Saturday (September 7) from 10am to 3pm with their artisan traders.
The market promises 'an array of vibrant and one of a kind artisan traders', showcasing the handmade products from Yorkshire’s finest makers and creators.
Overlooking the River Nidd and the Railway Viaduct, giving the best views of this historic town for locals and visitors alike.
Hannah Levey, the face behind Bakehouse Three Nine, has had one whole year of trading with Little Bird.
"After three years of Bakehouse, last summer we decided to enter the wonderful world of markets and events.
"September marks a whole year since we joined the Little Bird family and it really has been an epic year.
"We've met so many new customers who we now get to see monthly for their favourite Three Nine loaves and we have traded in the most picturesque location. Our fellow traders and the Little Bird team have always made us feel so welcome, the sense of community at the markets is second to none. Come rain or shine we can't wait to be back in the beautiful Knaresborough Castle grounds this weekend.’’
Managing director, Jackie Crozier said: "Both staff and traders really look forward to the market in Knaresborough Castle grounds and we promise all our customers a great day out when they come to visit us.
"This weekend’s artisan market will feature a wide range of local traders and producers who will sell a variety of arts and crafts, clothing, homeware, jewellery, as well as locally produced food and drink. There is always something for everyone here at Little Bird events.”
