A major road north of York has been cleared after a crash.
Reports state that a crash near the Church in Main Street, Shipton by Beningbrough, had caused the road to be blocked both ways.
Traffic was said to be building in the area, with a closure in place.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service confirmed they received a call to the location at 12.55pm today.
A spokesperson for the service said: "Crews from Acomb and York attended a two vehicle road traffic collision.
"They treated three casualties on scene for minor injuries before ambulance arrived.
"The incident was left with police."
