A BUSY street in a York village is set to close this weekend to play host to a community celebration.
Main Street, Bishopthorpe, will be closed this Sunday (September 15) between Acaster Lane and Croft Court from 7am until 7pm.
This is to allow the Bishopthorpe Community Festival to take place safely.
Whilst the order prohibits cars, bicycles may be pushed through the event.
