A MOBILE phone was stolen from a library in North Yorkshire.
Police have issued a CCTV image of someone they would like to speak to following the theft of a mobile phone in Harrogate.
The phone was stolen from the library on Victoria Avenue on Wednesday August 28.
Please get in touch if you recognise the person pictured as he may be able to help with the police investigation.
