Police have said that they are “very concerned” as a 13-year-old girl has been declared missing.
April, 13, was last seen at 1.45pm in Kirkbymoorside today, Saturday 28 September. She was wearing black leggings and a black hoodie with white writing and a pocket on the front.
Officers from North Yorkshire Police said she may have travelled to Manchester.
They added: "We are very concerned for her welfare, and extensive police searches are ongoing to locate her, both locally and in Manchester."
