A TEENAGED boy was assaulted in broad daylight in a busy area of York.
North Yorkshire Police have issued an appeal after a fifteen-year-old boy was assaulted verbally and physically after being approached by a group of people.
The attack happened at approximately 3.55pm on Wednesday October 16 in Water Lane in Clifton.

The suspect is around 15/16 years of age, between 5’6 and 5’8, and a slim build. He had short dark hair with a fringe, stubble above his top lip, and was wearing a dark tracksuit.
He was with two other teenagers – one being a girl with blonde hair who was wearing all grey and the other was a male with blond hair and was wearing a dark jacket with white t-shirt underneath.
