Diana said: “Having visited Aldwark Manor Estate for the first time recently to prepare for the event, I was amazed by the expansive, well-maintained grounds and the connection guests have with nature here.

“I discovered a wealth of edible plants and trees, including birch trees for vitamin-rich sap, thistles for stir-fries, and Hogweed, which brings a unique spice to sweet and savoury dishes. I’m eager to showcase the natural abundance that this exceptional estate offers during this event."
