A Malton man is set to appear in court next week charged with murder.
The man, 47, is due to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Monday, November 18, charged with the murder of Lisa Welford, 49.
Ms Welford was pulled out of the River Derwent in Malton on Wednesday, April 24. She was taken to hospital but sadly pronounced dead.
The case was adjourned from October 21.
