Police and the air ambulance were at the scene of a serious crash in North Yorkshire today.
The county's police force said a crash on the A170, to the east of Helmsley, was causing "heavy traffic" at around 5pm today (November 13)
They asked drivers to avoid the area whilst emergency services were at the scene.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance's Topcliffe crew joined them, and said a motorbike was involved.
It has since been cleared as traffic moves freely in the area again.
