We should replace Guy Fawkes with Margaret Thatcher at Bonfire Night
MAYBE, now that bonfire night is behind us, we should consider giving poor old Guy Fawkes a rest?
Let's have someone who did the country real harm... Thatcher, who destroyed the social housing that was beneficial to so many people; Thatcher, who came back from America brandishing the slogan "greed is good"; Thatcher, who created the water companies who treated us as ATM machines whilst turning our rivers into open sewers.
Far more worthy than Guy.
