A car got stuck between two buildings in a road traffic collision in a North Yorkshire seaside resort this afternoon.
Firefighters from Whitby and Robins Hood Bay were called to the scene of the incident just before 4pm.
They used a tirfor winch or cable puller to extract the car from its position to a safe location and put it back onto a driveway.
The driver was taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
The incident happened in Whitby.
