A GARAGE was destroyed in a fire today in York.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service say that crews from York and Acomb were called at 1:12pm today (November 24) to a house in Huntington after receiving reports of a 'residential garage fire'.
The fire is said to have destroyed a garage and damaged a summer house.
“The crews used four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, thermal imagine cameras and small tools to extinguish the fire,” said a spokesperson.
