Action needed on this 'dangerous' York footpath
I'M at a loss. Should I inform the OS (Ordnance Survey) regarding the eruption of the footpath in Groves Lane, between the St John's Street car park and the Monkgate doctor's surgery?
The growth from the roots of the tree has forced the footpath to rise by at least 18 inches from the surrounding path.
It's become so bad that a lady with a walking frame whom I'd spoken to recently made a detour through the car park - risking moving traffic - rather than risk danger of the path.
