WHO remembers this long-gone view of York?

The photo shows the old Terry's chocolate factory at Clementhorpe on the banks of the Ouse.

The photo, from Explore York Libraries and Archives, is dated 1974.

The factory was built in 1862 and was extended in the 1920s.

This factory was demolished shortly after the photograph was taken on August 6, 1974.

The chimney was demolished in 1974.
