Warrendale Wagyu near York has collaborated with Farmisons of Ripon to produce three limited Christmas joints.
Designed by executive development chef Jeff Baker the joints promise innovative flavours and an unforgettable dining experience.
A 1kg Wagyu Fillet Centre cut with Koji Coating and Sesame Crumb costs £115 and features a tender fillet enriched with a koji coating to enhance its butter flavours and textures, while a sesame crumb adds a crunch.
For £150 you can have a two bone rib with bone marrow parsley and black pepper, which promises rich bone marrow complemented by parsley and a hint of black pepper.

A 2kg sirloin stuffed with black garlic for £155 promises “an aromatic masterpiece of flavour complexity and holiday warmth.”
Jeff Baker says the ingredients were chosen to complement and showcase the natural flavour of wagyu beef, taking inspiration from both modern and traditional taste profiles.
Tom Richardson, managing director at Warrendale Wagyu said the joints promise to elevate the Christmas dining experience.
