A MAN has been left with head injuries after an assault outside a York bar.
North Yorkshire Police said it happened outside the Tank and Paddle Bar in Bridge Street in the city centre around 10.30pm on October 31 and the force said enquiries have been ongoing to identify suspects.
A force spokesperson said the assault involved an altercation between a group of men where one of them suffered minor injuries to the back of his head when he fell to the ground and attended hospital for treatment.
North Yorkshire Police has issued an appeal with CCTV footage that has been recovered from the scene which shows two men who the force said are unknown to them.
The force spokesperson said: “Please contact us if you recognise either man.
