Thixendale-based rapeseed oil business Breckenholme had two winners in the 20th annual Deliciously Yorkshire 2024 Taste Awards.

Charlie & Ivy’s Honey & Mustard Dressing won the Best Pantry Product Category and Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil’s natural oil was named as the winner of the Best Sustainable Product award.

Breckenholme’s marketing manager, Jennie Palmer, said: “The Taste Awards celebrate Yorkshire’s amazing food and drink businesses. We’re proud to be amongst the winners, particularly for the new Sustainable Product award, and enjoyed a fabulous night organised by Deliciously Yorkshire.”

Head Judge, BBC Broadcaster and artisan food expert Nigel Barden said: “Each year, Yorkshire food and drink businesses out-do themselves with the quality of entries, and it was no exception in our 20th year of holding these awards. It’s a real pleasure to see Yorkshire businesses continuing to innovate and create the most delicious products.”
