YOU would have to be wet behind the ears if you totally believed what researchers are now telling us.
They say that going grey is in the genes, and is not caused by stress.
I beg to differ. In my life’s experience, going grey can be caused by shock, worry and stress.
A very close friend of mine, some years ago, witnessed a fatal accident in a nearby village and woke up the following morning with a head of grey hair.
Incidentally, my mother had grey hair (God bless her) and I was one of ten, and not many of us have had to dip our heads in a soot tub.
