YOUNG singers at a York school have been hitting the right notes with the help of an expert.
Ann Lampard, former head of voice at London’s Junior Royal Academy of Music, was on hand to guide pupils through a special masterclass at The Mount School.
Ms Lampard is the former singing teacher of The Mount’s principal, Julie Lodrick, whom she taught throughout school and university.
